Two months ago, I offered up some predictions, specifically, that Biden would throw his hat in the ring and that Bush would accumulate the support of those who were backing the also-rans in the GOP primary.

Wrong on both counts.

The former surprised me, and I suspect that there was a whole lot of back-room talk that kept Crazy Uncle Joe out of the game.

As for the latter, I expected Jeb would run a campaign like Romney’s, where he stuck around and ended up last man standing. Unfortunately for Jeb, he doesn’t seem to have what Mitt had, and the GOP base has a different vibe about it this go-around.

Undaunted, though, I press onward, and prognosticate yet again, on this day, exactly 1 year from the 2016 general election.

Marco Rubio will run against Hillary Clinton for the Presidency in 2016, and he will win.

There you have it.
